My apartment has a rodent infestation. It doesn’t ... My apartment has a rodent infestation. It doesn’t matter how much we clean, how much clutter we avoid, or how many traps we put down, there is still a mice problem. We’ve put in so many maintenance orders to get holes sealed and etc, we’ve also had pest control come out but nobody has gotten to the root of the problem. It has become unbearable. And that’s just one of many issues. This out dated apartment is not worth the amount of money that I’ve been paying in rent.

Quiet, and the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars... Quiet, and the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because MY apartment I can’t speak for others is outdated. I do look to move to somewhere that has updated appliances, etc.

Seems to be a very close knit community. Maintenan... Seems to be a very close knit community. Maintenance is very precise and quick to respond. Have not had any issues reaching the leasing office either.

The staff here is wonderful. The grounds are kept ... The staff here is wonderful. The grounds are kept clean. They have community events. Updates are being made to common areas; fitness center, pool, bike share.....No complaints.
Nice neighborhood, quiet, management and maintenan... Nice neighborhood, quiet, management and maintenance very responsive. Good value for the price. Like that its a small community. Pet friendly also.
Verified Renter I love the amenities, staff & accessibility to the area stores & shops. I feel the noise level in the evening can be loud at times. I understand it’s not much the property managers can do about that because it’s after business hours. It’s bothersome when some people place trash bags outside their door for hours on end when the dumpster couldn’t be more conveniently placed outside our door.
