Verified Renter Place is a good place, location and staff is decent. Just tired of dealing with having to put in maintenance request too much. I don’t like that they don’t leave notes to say they’ve been in my place or put stuff back where he Belongs The gym is very small and always closed

Verified Renter I've been here for a few weeks now and no one has come to do any maintenance in my apartment although they have promised to multiple times also when I moved in there were bed bugs in the building it took them almost a week to get an exterminator out here. Fun times this place is ridiculous.
Verified Renter I love it here. Got my apartment all cozy and is such a nice area. my only complaints have to be the trash trucks in the morning and also maintenance sometimes be all throughout the day with no heads up.

Verified Renter the community is great, it is clean. but we do have mice. That's the only thing that I don't like here! . The neighbors are nice in the sense that no one messes with anyone. The maintenance is okay

Verified Renter Great neighborhood!! Just wish all dog owners would pick up behind their dogs or keep them in the dog park. Everything else about neighborhood is spectacular.

Verified Renter Just moved in on the 7th. Few things needed repair right off the bat so we will see how the maintenance response time is. So far so good. Bathroom fan was fixed next day. Lump/split in my countertop that im hoping they can fix. Neighborhood seems nice. Will update my review in a few months
