Verified Renter Very great moving experience, Gail is very helpful and addressed any concerns I had prior to moving in and afterwards. Definitely will recommend!
Verified Renter The customer service isn’t that good , several times the water has been out with no notification. The mice in my townhouse are horrible and they haven’t found one hole yet so I stopped calling. We are paying extra for amenities, the pool house was dirty over the summer and wasn’t open on certain days .
Verified Renter So far a few things don’t work upon move in and the maintenance response has been so slow. I’ve barely been here a week so it’s a bit unacceptable
