Verified Renter Decent experience. Wish some simple upgrades like panting and carpet replacement will b done after 12 years of living here. Someone did an evaluation but never followed up.

I would put 0 stars if I could! Mice infestation is completely out of control, minimal effort to fix anything correctly apartments look nothing like what are shown in the pictures (excuse to outdated apartments "when the Pandemic Happened..."), and leasing staff very dismissive and rude. No one stays here for long, people move put left and right. Not worth the money their asking for, fee for this, fee for that... Rent Fluctuates constantly! MORGAN Properties in General are Scoundrels.
