Verified Renter Great place to call home! The staff is amazing and the location is perfect! You can tell this is more than just an apartment community by the way the staff treats it! They treat it as if it were their own home; always looking for better ways to do things and providing excellent customer service from the leasing office to the maintenance staff!

Verified Renter Met some nice people in the building and the security guards are amazing to chat with ,also make you feel comfortable and safe!!wish we still had the movie room though

Verified Renter It's a decent apartment, but unfortunately they did not clean my unit before I moved in, and the place was very dirty. It is sometimes difficult to communicate with maintenance since some of them do not speak English. Aside from that everything else is okay. It's a manageable place to live, but not the best.
Verified Renter Management responses are great, the environment is kept clean and neighbors are well behaved. There are no shortcomings so far. I will not hesitate to recommend the facility to friends

Verified Renter Lakewood apartments is wonderful!! The place is always clean, the neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the maintenance team is always available if you have an issue. would recommend for anyone with a low budget moving to the area. I wish we had more parking spots though!
Verified Renter You are allowing too many people to park their cars in the lots,some people have 2-3 cars here and are selling them or using the lots to use as a fixing point for outside vehicles!!!! It’s not fair for people who have one car when you turn your eyes away from the people who abuse the lot!! Make them park on red Lion road…lf they don’t run that’s not fair for people who have to walk 2 blocks while they get to have 2-3 spots!!! UNFAIR

Verified Renter They have a gym, pool, Amazon lockers, dog park. Close to Atlantic City, and so much more. There is plenty of parking available. It is quit.
