Not worth the cost From the first day I walked in, I felt like i got taken advantage of. The door was broken like someone kicked in the door, the bathroom door wasn't leveled to the point that the wouldn't close. there is never any parking when you get home from work and you have to park in the street so far away from the building. The hallways smell like weed. And it only gets worse from there.. You can do better than this.

We having been checking the parking lot to make sure the vehicles are in compliance with rules of our community. Please feel free to report any problems or concerns you have to Management. We want to insure that our residents are happy in their home.
One and done! I have lived here for a year, but I cannot say that it was all a great experience. The community is quiet, no late parties or rude neighbors. Parking is horrendous, to say the least. Many nights I have come home and had to park around the corner because the only open space was the handicapped space. There are a few residents that have reserved spaces, I'm not sure how one receives the reserved space, but I was sure that I wasn't staying to find out. Also, I had a huge problem with spiders. Thank you for your review. Reserved spaces may be purchased in the leasing office who will provide a spot right in front of your home. I am sorry you choose to move out before we were able handle the issues in your home.
Parking is atrocious!!! I'm a new resident and once my lease is up, I will be moving. There is not enough parking for the residents that live here. I have to cut short my plans just to get a reasonable parking space near my building. Some residents have reserved parking, I'm not sure how long you have to live here, but once this year is up, I'm out. It's not safe.

The Arbors at EdenbridgeT The Arbors at Eden bridge is located in Parkville Maryland in Baltimore County. I have lived here for the past 3 years. The Arbors offers one and two bedroom apartments and also 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes. There is even a park across the street that has water and a bridge.
