This is my first annual contract with this company. Two visits so far--one routine to inspect/service my heating unit for the upcoming winter; the other based on a recommendation to replace the aged water pressure valve into the house and also per my request upgrade my sump pump to a battery operated fail-safe system. Awesome! From placing a phone call for service to the technician that comes to your home, everyone is professional yet friendly. The technician is very knowledgeable. Answered my numerous questions and explained everything in layman’s terms. My experiences have been nothing but positive with Aqueduct with my heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Thank you!

Aqueduct responded on a Sunday to my flood issue, suggested someone to come that day to clear the clog and then sent a plumber - Eduardo M - on Monday to diagnose the problem. Turns out to be more than one problem. Today Eduardo M. fixed the first part - a broken cast iron pipe under the middle bathroom which he discovered also had a leaking toilet.
