Aqueduct is always very responsive and I never have to wait long for someone to get back to me when I submit a request. Their staff is professional and courteous. Manny R. just did some pretty major work on my bathroom plumbing, and he was very open and transparent with his work, letting me know exactly what he was going to do. He and Jared worked well as a team, and got the job done quickly and without any issues.
John was super patient, helpful, and honest with us about what he was doing and what we needed.
We are leaving long-time customers. Aqueduct is responsive and reliable. Highly recommended.

Eddie M. is my go-to plumber! This time he fixed two annoyances - a loud bang in my bathroom and an outside spigot that leaked and was impossible to turn. He diagnosed what was needed for the noise fix for both the toilet and the sink, but the parts had to be ordered. He then checked the outside spigot even though the outside water was not yet turned on. Once the parts came in, he came - back right on time - and fixed the bathroom with the new parts.
