Aqueduct has been our go to company for the last 6 years. Both in Brewster NY and now White Plains. All of our plumbing and HVAC issues have been dealt with quickly and we have not had any repeat problems. Sadly you do pay for the quality work but if you become an annual contract partner with Aqueduct you get 15% off any repairs and priority service plus both plumbing and HVAC annual inspections for free. Overall we are very happy with their staff and services and highly recommend them to anyone.
Wilbert just finished servicing our gas boiler. He was professional and extremely thorough, removing all of the burners, vacuuming the entire inside of the boiler. Each burner was carefully vacuumed and wiped before inserting back into the boiler. Emissions testing was also done. Our gas boiler was left in excellent operating order and safe condition. We will definitely use Aqueduct again.
i had a great experience with Aqueduct. It was very easy to get an appointment and I received an e-mail with the name of the technician assigned to my job so I knew who to expect. Brandon was punctual, neat, friendly and knowledgeable. He left me with a complete written report of his findings and all of my options to address some minor problems. The cost was very reasonable. I definitely will be using them again.
I would like to endorse Wilbert M of Aqueduct Services who demonstrated patience, politeness, perseverance, honesty, and skill in addressing a recurring issue I've had with my boiler which was affecting the consistency of the heat and hot water in our house. I had a new HVAC system installed by Brandon and his helper over a couple of days and they did a wonderful job. They were very positive and helpful, kept everything neat and clean and were very open to request for minor changes. Original quote was very competitive. All of the people at Aqueduct who I met were very friendly and appreciative.

WOW!! I've been using Bruni and Campisi for several years, including the installation of a new HVAC unit two years ago. Every year there was some issue going on with my HVAC. On this year's routine winter check up visit from Bruni, they quoted a price for a damper replacement which I thought was ridiculously high, even though I had a couple of dampers replaced in the last couple of years. August & October 2017, I hired Aqueduct Services, Valhalla, NY 10595 (###-###-####) to do some plumbing services at my home. My technician was Eduardo M (Eddie) and his assistant was Wilson (Willie).
