June 12, 2018. We would like to share our great experience with Eduardo M. He came in this morning to provide an estimate of replacing a downstairs kitchen faucet. After accepting the estimate and asking him to proceed with the work, he was professional, courteous, friendly and very efficient. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he had all of the necessary hardware in his van. No need to wait for him to make trips to the "warehouse". We would definitely trust him to do future work in our home again.

I purchased a Lenox furnace and air conditioning unit from Aqueduct Plumbing and Heating. It was installed by their lead HVAC tech Jairo and his assistant Bayron, who were fantastic. Jairo has an excellent understanding of these systems and was able to explain everything in a very easy to understand manner. He addressed all my concerns in a very professional manner.

Prices are fair--particularly with discounts included in the modestly priced service contract--and the products installed have proven to be of high quality. I use Aqueduct services for healing and cooling service. It was easy to get the appointment. The technician called me in a matter of minutes to set up an appointment. Wilbert M****** wasn't punctual, but the company called warning that he would be a little late. He was very professional, friendly, neat and efficient. He explained everything before doing the work. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have a rental house with a Navien hot water system that was not producing hot water this morning. This system has been giving us trouble for a while. Finding someone to come out to repair this system on the same day is nearly impossible. We called Aqueduct Services and Hunter got back to us right away. Wilbert M arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed and fixed a AC issue quickly. I asked him for a quote on a water heater because it was apparent he was excellent at his trade. Walking into my basement, he smelt a very faint gas odor. He went to his truck and used a soap solution which confirmed a small gas leak from a valve to my boiler. He fixed it right away - and it wasn't easy as these pipes were in place for 60+ years.
