I would like to share that Bobby from Aqueduct services came to my home this morning to look at my sump pump. He was extremely professional, courteous and explained everything to me very clearly. He went out of his way to check the pump, the sump pit, waste drains, leaders/gutters. He made some recommendations that I will look into. I was entirely impressed with how professional, neat and courteous Bobby was. He was also very knowledgeable and articulate. I will definitely be using Aqueduct Services again, and again.

Wilbert came out within hours of our late night call as the heat went out in our house. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He explained what happened and did not leave until it was working. He remembered us from prior jobs and was very friendly and positive. Excellent technician!

I have been a longtime customer of Aqueduct. Today I had a plumbing inspection and decided to get some long over due work done. John A & Mike H were on time, used foot covers in the house and mats to protect my floors, and got the job done in a professional manner. They were friendly, courteous, conscientious, and thorough. They made sure I was satisfied and that all of my questions were answered. Great job guys!

Wilbert M was fantastic! I've been a long-time customer of Aqueduct & just had A/C installed last year -- Wilbert was on time, pleasant, extremely courteous & smiling - He walked me through everything he would be doing. When his inspection was finished he provided me with a quick tutorial of the system, especially the electric air filter. Wilbert M. helped me relight the pilot knight on my water heater after a severe storm and multiple day loss of power. He came the same day I called and was thorough, courteous and patient.

Wilbert M arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem with the circulating pump on my boiler and replaced it. He was very courteous and completed the job quickly and neatly. Problem solved.

Aqueduct has done large projects and small ones for us before. I have NEVER been dissapointed with the service or the actual people that do the work and even the ones that man the phones. It is like they are all there just for us. Always a pleasure dealing with them. Never had a problem. They have always given us 5 star performance and that is how I would rate them! John came with short notice (next day) on an extremely cold day to clear our backed up line. He promptly cleared the line but a camera inspection revealed a more serious problem. He clearly explained everything and gave clear quotes before proceeding with any work. I highly recommend this business and technician.
