Great experience with Aquaduct plumbing. We had our boiler and hot water heater replaced. Manny R was our plumber and he (along with his helper John H.) were polite, thorough, competent and cleaned up when the job was complete. Would recommend Aquaduct to others.
Manny is excellent in all areas of the product and service.
Manny and Aqueduct Services provided excellent service on a Saturday afternoon when my water heater failed. Manny arrived when promised and was extremely professional. He completed the job with obvious skill and know how, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided. I would recommend without reservation Aqueduct Services, and be sure to request Manny!

I had work done on my Air Conditioner Yesterday, 9/**/2017 and the work was done by Wilbert M a Service Pro from Aqueduct Plumbing & Heating of Putnam, Inc. He did a great job getting the Air Conditioner back up and running and along the way he kept me abreast of what was being done. Certainly knew his stuff.

Brandon the tech was clean, neat, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The company was on time and even called before hand to remind me they were coming. Before the visit they explained everything they were going to do and why it was necessary. Will use them in the future.

We where very happy with the service Aqueduct Services provided at our home. John arrived at our house at the appointed time and carried out his work professionally and conscientiously. He was very detail oriented in what he did and limited the damage to wall to the absolute minimum necessary so that he could carry out the repair of our drainage main line that had split. We will definitely ask for John again on our next service call.

This place is great! After being screwed over by another company, Aqueduct was able to come in the same day...within a few hours and I couldn't be more grateful! They were professional from start to finish. They brought the right tools to diagnose the problem, quickly set up an appointment to come in and do the work and did it in the time they said they would...well almost.
