Our experience with Aqueduct Plumbing & Heating of Putnam, *** , now known as Call the Bee, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being promised a service date in early May upon joining, we were met with disappointment and frustration at every turn. The company gave me excellent service from ******** who took my call to *******, the plumber, who arrived at my home within an hour of my contacting them. I had a plumbing emergency that needed to be fixed stat. ******* dealt professionally with the town and made sure the repair was done that same day. Aqueduct also installed my new boiler a few years ago and I had the same great experience. I highly recommend them.

Aqueduct is local, reliable, competent, and have amazing and caring staff. They are flexible and work around your individual situation. All work is explained in detail and if out of scope work is required, the technician clearly explains why and how the work will be done. I always request ****, as he knows my set up and is a true delight to host in my home. Its a pleasure to be one of Aqueducts customers! I highly recommend them.

Bryan and his partner did a good job on the install My only negative was when I couldn’t get a straight answer from the office regarding their follow up service to change the Line Set. I felt I couldn’t get a straight answer regarding when they were coming. Now I am waiting to arrange for the electrician to make me code compliant.
Everything about this process was excellent from the initial consultation to the preparation and the installation. Great people every step of the way and excellent follow up; highly recommended!
