Byron B******** was polite, professional in manner and maintained a comfortable social distance as he noted specifically what services he was about to provide. He answered the few questions that I had, and then then completed the job. I could not have been more satisfied with his specific services on April 27, 2020, or with the overall services provided by Aptive since they first started providing services for my home. I highly recommend both the Aptive company and Byron B.
The technicians did a great job. The work recorded was completed. The technicians are always professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things about Aptive. It is money well spent.
The service was great today. There have been times in the past that I was unsure if they did everything they said as I still saw spider webs and my gate for my dog pen had not been opened. Today, I talked to the service pro and asked him if I was protected even though the whole circumference of the home was not done. He mentioned that it would be fine.
