Very professional and excellent service. They notified me when they came and when they finished.
Aptive is always responsive. We asked for a follow-up treatment given an influx of ants from all the rain we have been having. They were here just a few days later, sending a nice and knowledgeable technician, Alfred M*****, who despite our three year old daughter being in the middle of an epic melt down, walked us through what he was doing, provided us with extra ant traps and did an in house spraying, all with a smile on his face. Rena O. 5/4/2020 Daniel I***** was my tech today. He was prompt, well dressed with name tag. He introduced himself and checked ro make sure i was well aware of the welcome letter to ensure i knew the terms of the agreement. Initial treatment went extremely seamless.
I’ve been getting service for years and they are always responsive, empathetic to my needs, retreat when I need it and a great value.
Pushy sales people cold knock on doors and don’t take no for an answer. Their sales techniques are intrusive and do not encourage me to want to use their service.

Aptive always notifies us well in advance when they will be coming out for service. Most recently, Chad and another technician were very friendly and courteous, consistent with previous experiences with Aptive technicians.
