Javon did a fabulous job today on our home! I was amazed at how well they get into the cracks, crevices and such on a house. He explained everything he was doing and listened intently to my concerns since I am not fond at all of spiders and wasps. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Always have a great experience with Aptive. Appreciate that your team members come to the door and announce that they are on site. Also appreciate that they ask if we have any concerns and address them while they are here. Today we had Shawn R***** as our technician. I appreciated his hard work knocking down spider webs along the eves of the house and addressing my concerns.
Tech, Ronin Peniska, came to my door. He called me, via phone. We discussed certain changes I talked to Corp about, a few days earlier. As part of his insp, he Inspected eaves and exterior windows for wasp nests, spider webs and spider egg sacs. Removed any harborage or nest activity found on front, back and sides of home. Applied Insecticidal barrier treatment around foundation for crawling pest activity. He switched up the insecticide. Complete SCAM, they breached the contract, I refused to pay, they sent me to collections. We were home the last time they came and didn't even bother to knock on the door to service the back yard. No call, no text, no email. They promised the best service and I did not receive it. They push so hard for automatic payments and when you shut them off for breach of contract, they are quick to text and call you and applogize so much, but after 2 failures in a row, this Veteran gives no more chances! I refuse to pay!
