Lance M******* did the initial service appointment yesterday. Arrived right on time, was friendly and professional. Gave clear explanation of what was being done today and when next follow up would be. Service was done within about 45 minutes. We have ants and wasps currently. Too early to know results yet.
Antranett did a great job. She was prompt, thorough, answered all our questions, pointed out what we should look out for regarding tarantulas (which we were unaware of). She's a keeper!
Joseph S****** was great. He came and removed all the cobwebs and noticed the chickens free ranging around the garage. He said, I don’t think I should spray by the chickens. Birds are very sensitive to chemicals. I really appreciate his incite and care. Thank you Joseph.
Richard G****** came out for the first time. We didn't use a pest control for 2 years, and after fighting with ants for the last year, we were done with trying different products and get this madness under control. When Richard came out, he cleaned the house from spiderwebs our fence, jumped into our courtyard, even I told him he can come through the house and cleaned the doors and even our basketball hoop. Both people appeared to be thorough, friendly, and pleasant. Ive always been pleased with the results living next to lake and woods as it pertains to bugs and mice.
