Out technician forgive (J****) called to inform me of the service he was providing. We spoke for a couple min as I requested a few concerns around our 1800 sq ft patio and or kids and grand kids popular hang out. J**** addressed he would carefully apply the products around the patio with extra measures to insure Tics wouldn’t be a concern. Great Service! Just hire them 3 years and going for us!

The technician was courteous and polite. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes for both inside and outside treatments. None of the chemicals left an odor that was bothersome. The only negative was that I was NEVER asked what day or what time would be convenient for my schedule. I never knew that I even had an appointment until I received an email telling me what day and what time the appointment was scheduled. Quentin called before coming, reviewed the areas to be treated, arrived promptly, performed the service professionally and efficiently. Our thanks to him for excellent service.
For this spring treatment Lawrence W. was our technician. Ants have been a persistent problem in one area this spring even after a retreatment following the late winter service. He took note of my request for extra focus on that area. We’re hoping that will be the knockout blow this time and I’m grateful for the extra attention. Aptive is always quick to respond to customer requests for special attention. They’re also quick to reply if a customer contacts through the online chat.
We believe that Patricia H. went way above and beyond what we expected in terms of the service and did it all during a very stormy and wet time. Definitely braved the weather and did more than the service terms. Kudos to her and we would recommend her to all wanting pest removal services. Delsie and Raul F.
