Play aptive environmental came out to my home to do an application. Prior to the application Malik called letting me know he was on the way. He also did an excellent job as he carefully walked up the steps in the rear of my home to even spray the deck area. Nice job!
We were very pleased with service provided by Jared T. He was on time, he sent a text telling us he was here and then also let us know when the service was completed. He also followed up with an email detailing what he had done and included a picture of the ants at the place of treatment (this was a re-treatment specifically for ants).
Service as promised. Pleasant, efficient service provider. Also appreciate the reminder email/text. Thank you!
This company is a rip off. They say every quarterly service charge. But they will charge you every 2 months time frame. $147.34 for a 10 minutes spraying. Called about it. Manager said you can have unlimited service. but they will come only once every 3 months. Sketchy people. Rip me off on this Pandemic situation. Hope my Credit card company will help me to dispute the last charge. Stay away from these people Aptive unless you have a lot of money that is laying around.

Michael S. Aptive Initial Service was done April 23, 2020 by Danny F***** and it was raining, my yard was not finished yet on new home construction and mud everywhere but the work was done anyway! Thanks for the great service in nasty conditions!!
Had an off cycle treatment due to ants inside and Phillip N. Was great. We didn’t want inside service due to COVID So Phillip called when he arrived to understand where the issue was and even left ant traps on our front step for me to place inside. I appreciated his professionalism and respect, excellent service!
