Professional and timely service. Kyle V. was our tech for the day and he was professional and on time. He called and left a voicemail that he would be performing our service and observing social distance practices as best as he could. He took note of spider nests that were out of reach on our patio which is a 20+ ft arch which I will powerwash with a ladder. Todd G******* was my tech today. I appreciated that he called 20 min before arrival and again on arrival. I like to know that they show up when scheduled. i had an appointment with them last week but no one showed up or called- I had to call to see if anyone had been here or not, but they took off $30 from my quarterly payment for that. My appointment window today was from 1-5PM but Todd was here at 11AM, which I was not expecting. Just glad they made it today. The Aptive technicians are always very polite and thorough. Denzel O**** Came out today and listened to and addressed my concerns and then checked in with me before he left to let me know what services he performed and update me on our rodent bait boxes, which I always appreciate!
