Dianna G - Chris serviced our home today. I usually am not home when you service our area. I was able to watch how he cleaned the highest parts of our home and changed the bait in the bait box. He explained clearly and precisely exactly what he was doing and why it was being done. He also asked if we are having any problems. He was very thorough. However, if I had not asked his name I would not be able to supply it because it was not on the email I received. Just his picture.
Jonathan H******, our Aptive technician, was very friendly and explained to us that no, we did not have termites, just flying ants! He gave us some suggestions on how to create a less hospitable environment for them which we appreciated greatly. He then took care of them for us.
Casey did a wonderful job servicing my home. She even text me when she was about ten minutes away so I knew she she would be arriving, considering we aren’t interacting face to face right now for social distancing, I wanted to be aware she she came because if I saw someone wondering around outside I might be spooked. Anyway she did a thorough job covering all areas.
The service from Aptive Environmental has always been good. The service professionals have always done a great job. Today the service professional that came to my home was German M***. He phoned ahead of time to let me know he was coming. He left his phone number on my voicemail incase I had any questions or concerns. It covered all the areas around my home that needed spraying. The technician that came out today for a reservice after I saw more wasp activity from first application, was soo very helpful and informative! Her name is Melissa, she took the time to call me and let me I was the next stop. After hearing my concerns, she and her other two team members went around the areas I was concerned.
