had Shawn G******* to our house today and he was nothing but professional and kind. He did a great job and called when he arrived and let us know when he was done.
Just had service today and the tech Roberto M******* was very kind to help answer some questions I had in my backyard. He took care of my problem he’s been to my house many times for service and always very kind and thorough. Thank you ??

On 04-07-20 Chris S. cleaned the entire outside of my house and property. he first came to the door and explained everything he was going to do, very professional and courteous. then my husband asked him to spray for bees in our shed at the last minute & he did that as well. I would recommend this company to anyone!
Miguel did a great job explaining what is doing and addressing any concerns that we might have. Unfortunately we did not do any inside service due to concerns about the virus.
Rex did a great job for us today. He was thorough and explained everything he did for us in detail (from a very safe social distance ). We've been Aptive customers for a year now and have been very happy with the results!

Lainn L*** came to my home to do my scheduled maintenance and I missed him. Called him up and he came right back out! Did a great job. They wipe down the whole outside of the house every visit. I love that. Have been very pleased with Aptive since switching from different pest control company.
