The technician was extremely polite and efficient. I do not know his name but he had medium brown hair, beard and glasses. I had just returned from the vet with my dog, the truck was parked in my driveway. I waited a bit as I could see he was finishing but eventually asked that he please move his truck. Will came out to our home an was EXTREMELY friendly and informative. Not only did he explain what he was going to be doing for the service that day but he explained all of the perks we can call if for between appointments Incase we had any concerns. He honestly seemed like he enjoyed his job and REALLY wanted to do the best he could for us as the customer! Will is the type of person you want when it comes to work around your home-because he cares!

Jonathon did a great job. He notified us he was here. He sprayed the front & the back of the house. Very professional made sure our back gate was shut which I appreciate as a dog owner. The service has helped eliminate our ant issues.

Jim D* **** has been to our house previously and does a great job every time. Polite and professional. Calls 30 minutes before arriving. I told him about a problem area outside and he confirmed he would take care of it.
