The technician was very professional. He provided excellent service. He went above and beyond to make sure he provided the best treatment possible.
Paid for first treatment and signed contract for subsiquent treatments with direct deposit. After money was lifted from my account for treatments not carried out I called and said to stop taking money from my account as the treatments were not done and I wanted to close contract. They sent a guy round the following treatment who I saw and that left a note to say he was there. Little did I know they would charge me for that, and when I refused to pay they told me I needed to pay another $90 to close contract. I refused to pay... read more
The representative called then came to the porch and identified himself and asked if there were any areas that needed attention -- he then did a thorough job and concentrated on the area I indicated.
Robert M****** did a wonderful job. Very thorough. We appreciate the service and have been very pleased.
Craig L and Cameron came out with what looked like a trainee and they did a great job making sure they took care of any issues I had as well as being very polite and thorough.
I recently received our quarterly service from Aptive with Cody Amundson as our technician. He was punctual and texted me with his plans due to the COVID 19 situation. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Great service!
Eusebio A****** did a fantastic job with my quarterly service. Springtime brings out the pests, especially new wasp nests. This is the first time; I did not have to immediately call for a reservice, because the wasp nests were not taken care of on the initial service, great job!
Amanda located the ant problem right away and provided and explained treatment. Very knowledgeable, professional and with a smile. Appreciate your team being able to come out in these unusual times. Thank you and stay safe all those who go out. :) Laura C
