Lies from day one. It all began with a very nice Aptive Sales Person. He was so nice and respectful he had me sold even though I did not need the service. I asked a million times if there was a fee for cancelling g service or else I wouldn’t have signed up. Specific words were “no cancellation fee; however, I do ask that you keep the services until the end of the year December”. I have been with Aptive for about a year and have been pleased with their service. Staff have always been very polite, courteous, schedule flexible and willing to discuss special areas and work with me to help target problem areas. ERIC came to the house today. I have been using Aptive for almost 2 years. My wife hates spiders and I like protecting my house from other pests throughout the year. I am usually at work when my treatments are done but today I happened to be home. I finally met the technician performing my treatment today and Jeffrey E. was very nice, listened attentively to all of my requests, and answered all of my questions when he was out to perform my latest pest control treatment.
