This company is such a scam! Beware stay away from this company. False business practices, they raise the prices after you sign a contract. Please look for other pest control companies!
This company is not a company you can trust. Again if anyone knocks on your door to sale you something its not worth it. They use young untrained teens to sale thier products. They use pressure tactics and door to door sales. They will say things like your neighbor John just ordered services through us when in fact they did not. So here is my story. Salesman came to our door offering services. We kept saying "no," and he kept lowering the price. We thought we would give it a try. Initial treatment did nothing. They said it could take a second treatment. They sent what appeared to be a teenager over who didn't know what he was doing. Still nothing. They missed two wasps nests which I ended up removing myself. Called to cancel...$210 cancellation fee even though their products don't work. Requested to speak with manager who never called back. Aptive came out today and performed their quarterly service. Taylor Brooks was the Aptive guy that came out and did an excellent job. He was knowledgable and very friendly. I'm glad I switched to Aptive for pest control service.
The service we received from K. Pudwill with Aptive was great very polite, very professional, and completed service in timely manner. Also removed webs from our boathouse as requested. Thank you. Deserves a tip!
Frank is wonderful, he is a tech supervisor. He rings the doorbell to let you know he's here (warns us that pets have to stay in for a bit) and he spends 20-25 minutes on the service call. L. Fugate
I do not know if I am the only person having problems with this company, but I assure you that when the "contract" is up, I will never even mention this company to anyone!!! They say they will come out, and they don't. They don't even know how to tell WHO came out to the house. If you are discontent, they force you to pay 170.00 to get out of the contract. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!
I thought Keith Pudwill did an excellent job. He articulated very well what his intentions were with the visit, and after completing the tasks very professionally and polite he explain what was accomplished and needed attention. Overall the service was exceptional and would recommend Aptive to friends and family!
I had a negative experience with Aptive that I'd like to share. The sales rep, Abram, came off as very friendly and helpful during his visit, but I was disappointed that he was not up front with his cancellation policy, which would have prevented me from agreeing to the service. Abram indicated he was trying to fill up his service schedule and offered $50 for the first service and $119 for future visits. I asked if I could cancel anytime, he indicated I could.
