Armando Aguilar was the serviceman who came to our home and he was very professional and answered all my questions. I was concerned about voles (since my neighbor has them) and Armando explained how they detect voles are in the yard. Since he didn't think we had them, he put some traps out to ease any possible concerns I had about them and will check them in a month for me. So I was very satisfied with this service.
