Seth Murphy was a wonderful technician with Aptive. He did a wonderful job on an amazingly hot day. He even found two wasp nests that were starting.
Graham Schultz did a great job! His communication was outstanding, texting me right away in the morning to confirm the appointment. He easily answered all of my questions. Our tech today was amazing. First time I had someone call ahead of time and tell me he was arriving. He also rang the doorbell and introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. Give this young man a raise = Charlie Revak
Our quarterly service was due today. I must say how impressed I am with our service technician, Ruben. He called prior to arriving, on 12/7/21, to give an estimate arrival time- which I appreciated! He was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, thorough, professional and a genuinely nice person! So very impressed! Tamra V.
Erich Just came for a service call at our new property. He was friendly, prompt and took care of our wasp problem without a hitch! We were grateful for his service today to protect our small children in our backyard.
Just had our consultation and first treatment. Both Alfredo and Rueben were extremely friendly, courteous and focused on customer service. Hoping the treatments work because this crew was wonderful to work with!
We found spiders in our bedroom recently and Nollie W at Aptive Environmental did a great job finding where they were coming from to spray and get rid of the outside webs. She called before and after the visit to explain all of what she did. She was very nice and knowledgeable and went that extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable!
Very easy to work with and they stand by what they do.
