We had 2 applications done so far this year and both times, our servicemen were very, very late after the appt time. Our last serviceman was 1 hour 40 mins late!!! Really? Our bushes and plants are destroyed by Japanese Beatles, as they didn't treat these areas......We talked the serviceman into applying something for the voles that we get in our backyard, but that was about all he wanted to do besides just spray for the ants....I was not impressed at all and wanted to cancel my service, but I thought I would give them anoth... read more
Initially we weren't sure about it. But Sam did a very nice job. We are very impressed by his service and referring our friends as well :)
My Aptive service pro, Mitch, performed the initial service on our home, and he was great! Very professional: he arrived exactly on time, gave our house and yard a very thorough inspection, and then treated our house for a number of pests. Looking forward to great results from Mitch and Aptive!

Great job explaining the service. Offered tips how to prevent problems and protect home over summer and winter.
Dave did a great job coming out ASAP when i had a japanese beetle infestation. when i called they originally said next week but then were able to fit me in the schedule on a saturday. I have also seen a lot of dead voles so i know there application is working.
Brandon C- here Dave provided great service, especially where our kids play and we're being attacked by ants. Highly recommended, very friendly!
