Don't look at all these 5 star reviews - I am guessing they are not real. They trick you into a lengthy contract where you are required to get 6 treatments/services. First one is very inexpensive, then after first one they are supposed to "come out and just check that they did a good job the first time". Well, that "check" is not a check but a full service that gets your card charged $100+. Then another one in less than 2 months, and so on. Keith is our service pro, and he does an excellent job every time. We specifically request him because he is so thorough and knowledgeable about what treatment is needed (e.g. identified a vole problem, no one else even looked). Will continue to use Aptive as long as Keith is there!

I would give negative stars if I could. Awful company. Do not show up when scheduled, send bills when no service were preformed. Have been rescheduled on 3 times because they just decided not to show up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst company from top to bottom that I have ever used.
