I switched to Aptive from another company that was not able to get rid of the ever present voles in my yard. The salesman Ben promised he could do what the other company couldn't so I signed up. I asked for the first service to be done at 9:00 on a Saturday and exactly at 9:00 Jacob M pulled up to take care of the treatment. He asked what my main concerns were so he could ensure he addresses them correctly. He was very polite and even cleared the spider webs when I told him he didn't need to. Sales person Kasen and assistant were very convincing and polite. We signed a year contract and the initial treatment went as scheduled. One of the guys who showed for the initial treatment kept confusing us with another job but we just figured he was on many jobs and didn't think much of it. After 3 weeks, our pest problem did not seem any better so I called Kasen. No call back. We were scheduled 1 week later for the next service and would be gone so I called again. No call back.
