Our service technician was helpful and knowledgeable, (Shawn Gruebele). This is our first service so we will monitor how effective it is on pests.
Obviously there will be negative reviews and positive reviews on any company out there, but our sales rep told us everything we needed to know. Great service and great price. Aptive goes above and beyond! Will be a customer for life.
