I have been extremely happy with my Aptive Environmental experiences since I signed my contract with them. The professionalism that the service pro emanates each time they come to our home is outstanding. The customer service department has always been very kind and helpful. We are notified before our scheduled visit via email and/or phone call with the time frame they will be here. We are again notified when they are on their way. Eric Strother did an excellent job, provided the service, communicated well as to what he was going to do and did. Perhaps most importantly, he presented himself so well. Yes, he was professional but he was so incredibly pleasant and put a smile on my face. I would have hired him for that skill set and ability. I welcome him back to my home anytime!
