The technician Chris Lefor came out to provide the service on time and on the date of the text sent. He was very professional and courteous. As a bonus he gave me some tips on how to use vinegar to help with pop up weeds and the boxelder bugs during this time frame. Very happy with the service. Thank You -- Bob Z.
Andrew Wotring of Aptive arrived for a special request on a Saturday and cleared a ground wasp nest to improve the safety of landscaping workers engaging on work in close proximity to the nest. He was on-time, quick and courteous. Thanks Andrew!

I’ve had various pest control companies for the past 13 years. I’ve never had any person as thorough as Shawn Gruebele was today. He explained the differences between moles and voles (we’ve had both) and what could be done for each. He was extremely kind and courteous too.
Pros:The service individual was very pleasant to work with and showed up ready to work. Cons:We still have many spiders, ants, and wasps around the house after three applications. Our stone steps were broken by the agent. Aptive's customer loyalty specialist agreed over email to pay for the cost to fix the steps and stated no matter the cost over the phone. Very happy with the tech service today. Joe Sullivan listen to all my concerns and treated for ants, removed 2 wasp hives and removed spider webs from the garage. I appreciate his extra help to keep my home pest free and his friendly service. Thank you Joe!
I was pleased so far with the service. My technician Mike Gierke was on time, completed the job, and again explained what he would do in this first visit. After he was done he made sure to tell me how long to wait before going on the lawn which I appreciate since I have dogs.
Steve Hubbard was the onsite tech. He fully explained what he was going to accomplish during application and answered our questions since this was our first time using Aptive. After completion, he again stated in writing what was accomplished and restated that Aptive would come back out to eliminate any issues that may arise before the next scheduled application. Professional and thorough.
