The service person who came to our house was very professional and personable. He explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any special concerns, and then explained what he did when he was done. I would highly recommend him and this business.
Sam O. was prompt, friendly and helpful in explaining what and how he would service our property. He had extra work to do in getting rid of a second story hornet's nest. Very friendly.

Sam O. was very courteous and showed up right on time. The initial treatment went smoothly and he even sprayed inside my garage. I am very satisfied with our initial service and can wait to see these bugs gone.

Our initial visit was with Roger. He was very friendly, courteous, professional & extremely thorough! He did an awesome job. We've used a different pest company in the past & Aptive was by far superior to the others. Within days there were dead spiders everywhere in the basement. We've had no signs of ants around the outside of the house & no bee hives! Nate came out today for our second visit. Again, great service with a friendly attitude!
