Today was our first service with Aptive. They came recommend by my girlfriend. Robert was our service man, he was on time, very polite and professional! He went over our contract in great detail, went over how he was going to treat the house. Explained that it was safe for children and pets! We will be using this company as our pest control. Well done Robert!
Had my first service today and absolutely loved it. Angel was great. He was very personable and friendly. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied. First service today. My appt. time was 9:00-10:00 am window. I pulled up to my drive @ 8:55 and Ben Barnes was already there. I felt bad that he arrived be for me. He was very gracious, said not to worry. He made sure I understood everything the Rep had told me and ask if I had any other questions or concerns. Jeremy V was on time, professional, well-groomed, knowledgable about their products and very through with explanation and in doing his job. A little pricey, but have had a great experience so far. Be aware that these products are intended to be eaten and taken back to the nest (to kill the queen with ants). Pet safe (impt to us, as we have a toy MinPin) allergy safe. Marianne O.
First time we use this company and they already earned my trust from bobby the sales rep to Angel the service tech we had a great experience. They both answered and explained all of our questions regarding pest control, Angel arrived on time and proceeded to service both interior and exterior he did everything in a timely manner and explained every single detailed of the service i already just want Angel to be our guy without questions thanks bobby and thanks Aptive
