I started with Aptive today and Donovan P. was my Service Pro. He did an outstanding and thorough job at my house. He explained everything he did, what he observed and what I should expect going forward. He was very professional. I give him an A+. Robert B

Francisco P: I was very impressed with the attention to detail provided by the Techs Robert & Ben B. both did a GREAT job and the company should be grateful to have people on staff that care.
Mario arrived 2 minutes early! He introduced himself and proceeded to review the treatment and contract process, warranties and free re-service/additional requested treatments, along with the timeframe and cost of the remaining treatments. He was very helpful, always asking if I had any questions. When finished, he explained all of the services that had been performed and the products that were used, along with some company incentives. Thank you, Mario, for a job well done!
Ben, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of their service. He did an excellent job of informing me of what he was doing and why. He showed problem areas and pests that I had not noticed before. I will recommend their service to everyone. Thanks for a job well done.
