Angel R. did an outstanding job with our initial service. Was courteous and explained what he was doing along the way and had good recommendations on what we could do to in combination with the treatment to minimize any pest/insect issues.
Cody was on time and answered all my product questions about what was being used and why. He explained how it works and where it was being placed and that the granules had to be watered in to work better.
Robert has bee very helpful with the service. I could not ask for a better person to come in and do the house. Very professional. 10/10

My service professional Careem was very friendly! He explained every step of his process to me. He was very thorough. I hadn't been using a service until a representative came to my door and explained everything they were going to take care of. Last year we had a few scorpions in the house and I didn't want to deal with that again! If you see bugs between services they will come out for an additional service call.

So I have always sprayed my home by myself because I didn't believe in a bug service. But my wife had convinced me that we needed it. We just had our first service today and aptive's technician Angel R came out was very prompt he did an awesome job was extremely thorough and even showed up early. Overall I would recommend his business.
