Today was my initial visit with Angel R. He was amazing! He was very detailed with the process that he was going to perform in my residence and he answered all my questions since it was my first time, I had many. He was very cordial and professional and he made sure that he'll take care of everything for me since I hate bugs!!! Thank you Angel R!

Today was my first experience with aptive. Ben and Vinnie were my professionals and they did a phenomenal job. Took the time to explain what was going to happen, worked around my work schedule and were excellent to deal with. I highly recommend this service
Robert was very professional and knowledgable. He proceeded to ask if there were children under 12 months before treating inside the home. I have a two month old, it can still be done but you must be out of ten home for two hrs. I decided to opt out of treating the inside until my baby is a bit older. Thanks Robert!

Angel R just left my home he was very professional let me know step by step with the process ALREADY LOVING THE SERVICE THIS FAR.
My service guy Angel R was fantastic! He was on time even though I totally forgot about my appt., and waited for me. He did everything quickly. Now I just have to wait and see what happens. As long as I have no bugs, this company is good with me!
