Robert arrived early for our appointment. He was so professional and personable. He was eager to help and answer questions. He was thorough in explaining the agreement and what to expect. I was so pleased when he explained the service policy and the service Active was going to provide. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Ben and Bailey were the perfect guys to service our house! They knew what they were talking about and informed us of what to expect since we just moved to this area from another state. Good guys that got the job done!
I was a little concerned about changing pest control services. I have 2 dogs and a Koi pond and anything can affect or injure them. Donovan P did my first aptive service. Very courteous, professional and friendly. Went through paperwork with me, explained what he would be doing and then went to work. He was more thorough than the previous service, was very pleased with what I saw him do. The technician, Careem was very friendly, not like Mike Tyson, which Careem looks like him. Hahaha. He was on time for the service (15 minutes early) and took care of my house in and out. Declan Smith who came to my house the day before to sell the product/service to me, actually did a wonderful job. I'm now an Aptive Environmental's client. So far so good. Knock on wood.
