I just had my first service done today. Angel R was our service guy. He was great. Explained everything and did a very thorough job!
Simply amazing Angel R did a great job overall. He explained the welcome letter in detail and made sure i didn't had any doubts before the service, he cared about my house and my family. Thanks Aptive

This was my first experience with Aptive. While they may be just another pest control company their techinican, Ben B., provided what I feel was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had with a 'bug man'. We are a large family with over 5 children in the household and anyone with a family of that size can sympathize with the stress and embarrassment of having an unknown person come into every room of your house.
