Ben Morales was an excellent technician, bringing all the power in the 'Verse to our initial German cockroach treatment. I swear by my pretty floral bonnet that he took the time to explain everything and began the multi-part treatment. He proved to be a top notch technician...when a man walks down the street with chemicals like that, you know he's not afraid of anything. This was an excellent, professional visit, and our scurrying friends await their sudden but inevitable betrayal. Gorram shiny it was.
I had another company for YEARS and switched to Aptive as they were cheaper but more importantly, better for the environment. I have had them for 3 months now and had an issue with a scorpion showing up in my garage. They came out the very next day and sprayed again for no charge. So far, so good.

It's hard to believe that these other reviews are real because of the total lack of service me and my family have received. Seemingly nice in the beginning. They never called before coming to our home. Not thorough while spraying our house. Charged our account without giving us the service we paid for. then still gonna charge us a huge fee because we are cancelling. Total rip off.
