Within 1 day of signing up for service and they came out for my first treatment. While being here for my first treatment, they were very concerned with exactly what bug problems I had where, and treated each place accordingly. Since I had dogs, they even showed concern for them, told me to make sure I don't let them get anywhere near the treated areas for a least an hour. Super, efficient representative sold me on the company from the very begining. Alisin, the technician, reported promptly as promised and was very professional in going about his work. I would definitely recommend this company for getting rid of pests. He even double checked his work when I asked him and explained why he was doing what he was doing.
