Well informed and courteous. They took the time to listen to my concerns and paid special attention to certain areas of my property.
Nanci and her partner, were right on time, very professional and friendly. Nanci worked on the outside while her partner did the inside of the house, which they got done in timely manner.
I had two individuals Salvador and Kevin come to my house for my initial spray for my house and they came right on time and were very professional. They walked around the entire house and showed so much mannerism asking to proceed to each room and were very curteous. They seriously represented there company well and made me look forward to my future service with them.
Austin arrived right on the dot at 420, which was his schedule time. Came off as very friendly, knowledgeble and professional. Looking forward to continued service!
We have been using Aptive for quite a while now and have had nothing short of incredible customer service. Every time they come to service, the technicians are helpful and thorough. This week Benjamin S. was our tech and he was so kind and helpful. He took time to figure out our needs and did what he could to address them. They also will come back out to service again for free, if needed. Job well done!

DO NOT USE THE APTIVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY! It's a scam! I was charmed by the sales man. I believed him, when he said it works. I signed a year contract. I asked to not be charged till the 1st. It was agreed to. I was charged 4 different times before the 1st. The day after they sprayed my home and my neighbors home, my downstairs bathroom and front area was COVERED in ants.
