My first impression of this company is that there Employees are on time and completely know what they're talking about I My Service PRO was Cody (form New York). Despite it being 110 degrees outside his professionalism did not let the heat change his attitude. He got every nook and cranny of the outside, and inside perimeter of my home. He also found a scorpions hide out and sprayed extra in that location for my satisfaction. Overall great first visit. Very impressed that they were on time; that goes a long way with me.
Robert was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and a very nice person. He has a great work ethic and I was happy to be serviced by him.

We are always leery about having strangers in our house for repairs or pest control. However Robert our technician made us feel like he truly cared about his job and us as customers. He took the time to explain each step and made us feel at ease. Very nice person and was extremely thorough and polite, We would give 6 stars if it were an option.
Bailey showed up on time for the initial service. He presented the paperwork l, then got busy spraying. Since it is the initial service, I don't know how it is, but as far as his professionalism, Bailey was great.
Hello! I'm Elaine T. and my service providers was Ben M. I honestly would love to have him back into our home! He not only did he find and took care of the root of my ant infestation but made friends with my territorial dog! My dog never responded so well to a stranger before.
