Randolph Johnson just completed our first service yesterday. He was very courteous and professional. My two dogs got out while he was oat one point and he was very cool about it as I was getting them back in the house.

The service technician, Spencer Price, was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain the pest control procedures. He arrived on Friday evening before a holiday weekend in the rain and made the application. I was very pleased with everything about my encounter with Spencer and Aptive Environmental. I highly recommend their service to others.
Did what they said they would. Were at the house when they said they would be. Cant argue with service like that. So far I am impressed the service and the results.
