The service was provided when they said they would be here. The service provider was courteous and friendly would definitely recommend this company.
WOW! DJ CAME THIS MORNING FOR A TREATMENT AND I TRULY WANT TO ADOPT HIM. PROFESSIONALISM OVER THE TOP; WISH THERE WERE MORE STARS! EXPERTISE AGAIN JUST AMAZING. THIS IS THE COMPANY I WILL STAY WITH. PET FRIENDLY TREATMENT (MAINLY OUTSIDE) BUT I HAD AN ISSUED INSIDE AND DJ TOOK CARE OF IT PRONTO. TRULY WOULD ADOPT HIM!
We have had Aptive for 6 months now and are very pleased with them. We had our quarterly treatment last week and the service tech, DJ, did an awesome job. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.
Had my initial treatment today. Technician named DJ came out and was very professional and thorough. Even put on shoe covers. Spent time going over everthing he would be doing and explained it in detail. He was at my home for at least an hour. I used Orkin for a long time, glad I finally switched!
You sign up for quarterly service. You pay the initial fee and you figure your good for that quarter. No, two weeks later they charge you again cause that doesn't count as your quarterly service. Then two weeks later you have to call them back because you see no difference in the ants in your kitchen. They come out three more times that month. Raymond was our service provider who came out and took great care of me and my family. He was not only professional but kind and did a thorough job. Raymond was the nice friendly face to have from a company we are now doing new business with! Thank You Raymond and we hope to see you more during our journey with Aptive!!

Very pleased with Aptive in general. Briana Holland came to do our quarterly outdoor service today. She was exceptionally well mannered, explained what she was doing, and was very patient as I explained which butterfly host plants to avoid!
