We have been using this business since we moved here two years ago. Our house was infested by all kinds of bugs from the previous owners. The first summer we had tons of giant ants and spiders getting in. We started using this business and more importantly Hubert Cox the third. We no longer have problems with bugs in the house or even spider webs outside.
Kurt W. Hubert was very thorough. I didn't think you could do treatments in the middle of winter, but he explained he was treating for the hibernation of the pests. Thanks Hubert lll!
John did our service today. Exceptionally bright guy who did a thorough job not only in the application of the service, but also in providing a thorough and well thought out response to our beetle problem. John is articulate and explained things in a very fine manner. He is polite and represents your company extremely well.
John Turney did a great job. He was professional, courteous and informative. He answered all my questions. Made sure to treat an area we had an issue with. Very happy with his services today
Malcom Stone did a great job! Very courteous young man. Had a family emergency the date of my service but rescheduled promptly and showed up with a smile the next day! Helped me out with mouse traps too!

Fred Thompson did a great job treating for spiders today and was very courteous. I appreciate the great service.
Charging $92 for a service I didn't request. I refused to pay it because I did not request the service. I was done with my contract and was finished with this company. I've told the repeatedly that I refuse to pay $92 for a service I did not request. Now they send a bill for over $300 dollars. I get an email on a Wed. saying I owe $98, then two days later another saying I owe over $300. Better off calling professionals like Orkin or Terminex.
