The following issues did not get resolved: ants, spiders, centipedes, and I was told by the sales person who originally signed me up for Aptiva that they would also spray the inside of my garage-which was never done!
Tyric Jones completed service on my home on 4/17/19. Did a great job and answered all of my questions!
Donnelle was prompt, courteous, & thorough at servicing our house. He made a successful effort of explaining exactly what he was about to do.

Ryan Byrd provided our quarterly service today. As always the service was performed as directed. In addition to the standard service I pointed out several areas where ants were beginning to show up. He treated these areas both inside and out, and indicated if I continue to see evidence to call for free follow up. I have used Aptive since their arrival in Indy, and have been very pleased with their performance.
Kyle Harvey provided our quarterly service today in a professional and friendly manner. The bug population in our home has declined significantly since we started with Aptive 12 months ago.
Michael Caldwell was our most recent technician (last week) and he was super polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Having a "winter" service is a lot different than what we normally think, so knowing how well Aptive adjusts the services according to the seasons, and knowing what is happening now over the winter months was beyond my expectations.
Stephen Harper, out technician is always professional. Always responds to questions and/or concerns.Well pleased.
Adam R. was prompt, pleasant, and thorough. I've been with Aptive for a few years and transferred the service to my new address when I moved because they do a great job of getting rid of the bugs!
