Every member of the Aptive team was wonderful! The initial reviewer that came to our property (Jacob) was great, he was knowledgeable about the company, pricing, scheduling, ect. He came on a Saturday and was able to schedule us in just 3 days despite a busy schedule. Normally 1 person comes to spray inside and outside but we were lucky enough to get 3 (Jalen, Riley, and another young man whose name I can't remember)! It took the 3 of them less than 20min.! I was impressed with Noel Soto, who inspected and treated our house on 05/12/17. He was pleasant and very professional and, with clarity, explained what he found and what treatment he applied. I would definitely recommend this company.
Noel came out to service my property on Saturday 5/13. He was very professional, knew his business and expertly completed what he set out to do. I had a few wasp nests starting to form and Noel took care of them and when the service was done he explained what he had done, where the nests were and what to expect in the coming weeks.
Raymond Johnson arrived promptly within the specified time frame. He was very helpful, willing to answer all of my questions and to take care of each area I requested. He took his time and did a thorough job. He was very friendly and considerate toward my pets. This is from Beth H.
