Randy Wood and Johnathan was on time early and explain what they was going to do thoroughly.they even left dog treats for my dog.
DJ came out told me what he was going to do and did it in a very professional manner. He asked if I was happy with what he did and took the extra time to get some very bad spots in the yard.
Received an initial service call from Raymond over the weekend. We spoke for a few minutes and he made sure to understand what I was seeing in pest problems before he began work. He gave me safety (pets and food) instructions as he applied pesticides inside and outside, and answered my questions about watering and follow-up visits.
Phil Turner was my service tech. He was on time and explained all procedures in detail and took the time for our pets. We will request for him on our next treatment
I had Johnathan D come out and service my yard. They were professional, explained everything in detail, and had the background knowledge they needed. I would highly recommend their service. I was very pleased. Saundra C.

Review by Jared S - new customer and I never buy from solicitors. With that said, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. My Service Pro, Robert Coffey, was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. He not only did a great job making sure I understood everything (the process, how long to keep the dogs in the house and what to expect now and in the future), but explained it in a way I understood. I would highly recommend this company.
I had Raymond Johnson out today from Aptive. He was right on time, very profressional, and took his time to make sure he got everything!
I recently had a great experience with Aptive and Kyle Romero. He was very courteous and attentive to my children and myself. He even brought a dog treat to make friends with our dog. He explained the expectations of his service well and was very efficient with his time. Fantastic service!
